The Business Office is located in room C2407 of the General Studies building at the 博彩平台 State campus in Blountville. Regular office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Extended hours are offered during peak times.
Othercashiering locations include 博彩平台 State at Kingsport, Blazer Wilson Hall, Room BWH107, 博彩平台 State at Elizabethton, Room E113 and 博彩平台 State at Gray, Room G114.
All fees are payable at the time of registration each semester. Registration dates and payment due dates are listed on the Academic Calendar.
Student schedules are deleted if fees are not paid by the applicable due date. Registration is incomplete until all fees are paid and no student may be admitted to classes without having met all financial obligations. The Late Registration/Payment fee goes into effect on the first day of classes as noted on theAcademic Calendar. Students whose fees are paid by an outside source must ensure that all appropriate paperwork from the paying agency is on file in theBusiness Officeprior to the last day to pay for early registration.
No student may re-enroll, graduate or receive a transcript or grades until all financial obligations to 博彩平台 State are met. All charges are subject to subsequent audit. Errors will be corrected by refund or additional charge.

Methods of Payment
Students at 博彩平台 State can pay their fees several different ways. Fees may be paid at the Business Office window, which is on the second floor of the General Studies Building, Room C2407 on the Main campus in Blountville, TN or by logging in to theMy博彩平台registration system on the web, or by mailing payment to Attention: Business Office, P.O. Box 246, Blountville, TN 37617.
博彩平台 State accepts cash, checks, money orders, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover Cardas methods of payment. Fees can be paidthrough the My博彩平台 system by personal check or any major credit card.Please Note: Checks submitted online through the My博彩平台 payment link must be drawn on a personalchecking or savings account. Cashier's Checks, home equity line checks, money market checks, etc. will not process correctly and are subject to return from the financial institution.
Students whose fees are paid by an outside source must ensure that all appropriate paperwork from the paying agency is on file in the Business Office before the last day to pay. The last day to pay for each semester is published in theAcademic Calendar.
Please note that all checks received by 博彩平台 State Community College (NeSCC), either in person or by mail, will be converted to ACH format. By tendering check payment to NeSCC, you authorize NeSCC to copy your check and to use the account information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account for the same amount as the check. Funds will be withdrawn from your account within 24 hours and you will not receive your check back from your financial institution. The electronic fund transfer from your account will be on the account statement you receive from your financial institution. Copies will be held no longer than sixty (60) days.
