佩尔助学金资格如何确定？ 

Eligibility for the Federal Pell Grant will now be based on the student’s SAI or their family size, adjusted gross income (AGI), poverty guidelines, state of residence, and tax filing status.

• 非纳税申报人自动获得-1,500 SAI（独立学生/配偶或受抚养学生的父母）。
• 成绩为零或负的学生有资格获得最高的佩尔助学金。
• 家庭规模，AGI，贫困指导方针，居住状态和纳税申报状态决定了那些没有资格获得最高佩尔奖的人的佩尔助学金资格。

佩尔助学金将如何颁发？  

佩尔助学金将不再按入学类别发放，而是根据学生注册的实际学分数量发放，如下表所示。 Federal Student Aid is referring to this as “enrollment intensity”. 请注意，国家援助计划HOPE， Aspire, Merit， TSAA，寄养和帮助英雄补助金仍将根据入学类别（全日制，三分之二时间或半时间）授予。

我夏天还能收到佩尔吗？

是的! 事实上，从2025年夏天开始，学生可以获得任何数量的注册学分的佩尔助学金。 目前，一些学生只有在夏季修满6个或更多学分才有资格。
