学生 who have been approved for testing accommodations and plan to test in the 可访问性服务 office will need to schedule a date online through the 网上考试报名 page.  Dates/times will be open up to 2 days, i.e. if you want to test on September 19 you must schedule by September 17th . 通过在考试前两天安排时间，我们可以确保每个学生都有一个低干扰的环境。 如果没有可用的测试日期/时间，或者您无法在需要测试的前2天安排，请致电423-279-7640联系无障碍服务以获得安排协助。 Please review the 无障碍服务测试指南 and information for each test before scheduling a test date.

Complete the 测试封面 Form to provide any needed testing information. 测试 materials can be uploaded via the 测试封面 form, emailed to 可访问性@博彩平台State.edu or hand-delivered to the appropriate office; 布朗特维尔（C2311），金斯波特（K110或收发室投递箱），伊丽莎白顿（E132或位于教官休息室的邮箱）。
