Emotional well-being involves being attuned to one's feelings and having the capacity to communicate emotions in a positive manner. It encompasses a feeling of contentment and success in life, including self-acceptance, self-awareness, self-regard, and a hopeful outlook.

  • Do you find yourself overwhelmed or needing a quiet space to think? Come visit our Calm Room, located in Room C of the General Studies Building. We also have a Virtual Calm Room if you’re unable to visit in person.
  • Apps like Calm, Headspace, and Insight Timer offer guided meditations, mindfulness exercises, and self-care practices that can contribute to self-acceptance and emotional well-being.
